God Sighting | July 6, 2001
How I've heard of deliverance in Molly's life in her relationship with her father and step-mother! And the desire that the Lord has put in her heart to ignite a fire in her youth ministry. In these days past, my tender Lord has continually reminded me that no relationship will ever offer fulfillment except the one with Him. He has been gently reminding me that the only thing that matters for me is that I draw closer to Him. Abide in Him--we must be together. I was given an opportunity to serve both in the Fuellenbach house and the high school youth room. The opportunity has also been presented to me to spend time with Ryan S., blessing him in that way. On the 4th, I was given the opportunity to learn a new skill that would bless my parents with flooring. Earlier today, the Lord also blessed me in allowing me to converse with my mother. I praise the living God for His worthiness, and for allowing me to see His unceasing power at work in my life, as well as the lives of others.

i'm sorry for how life's been difficult lately. i wish that there was something that i could do to help lessen your struggles. it seems that the best thing that i could do for you is to ask Him to help you. if there's anything else that i could do for you, don't hesitate to let me know.
anyhow, you and your present concerns have been in my prayers. and i'll be praying for the conversation that you'll be having later today or tomorrow that His Spirit would speak for you and that His Spirit would convict/soften hearts, according to His will. i hope He delivers your......and rekindles your......--just as He faithfully did for your friend molly in both situations years ago, too.
and what He reminded you of during that time period...

...is really cool. what He taught you makes this sister of your's smile.
so, nate, may you rest in the truth that are you already one with Him because of what He did to draw you towards Himself. and may that truth that our Father has made you His son, by His grace, and that He is your's help you to CHOOSE to be joyful in all circumstances--even when He calls you to endure emotionally/mentally draining hardships and perform seemingly tedious chores.
"therefore, since we have so great a cloud of witnesses surrounding us, LET US also LAY ASIDE EVERY ENCUMBERANCE and the sin which so easily entangles us, and LET US RUN with ENDURANCE the race that is set before us (that sometimes includes the chosen joyful completion of chores that He Himself sets before us for His good purposes), FIXING OUR EYES ON JESUS, the Author and Perfecter of faith, who for the joy set before Him endured the cross... consider Him......so that you will not grow weary and lose heart." -hebrews 12
