At a youth leader training seminar I recently attended, I was reminded of what an inspiration a good family friend was to me: he bears the fruit of the Spirit to such an extent that you know that it can only come from God. He treats you as if he only knew you and your family; when in reality he has the same kind o love for many other people and their families--that is an inspiration.. Over the past few months, I have seen again and again my mother's goodness that flows from the Holy Spirit who resides in her. Over the past few months, the Lord has taught me much about the importance of humility and other timeless truths through His servants' preachings and writings. Repeatedly, the Lord God, my Father, has given me provisions in abundance. I don't deserve this! I want to give it all back to Him!! Thank You Father! He also gave me an opportunity to bless some junior high students today, bringing them to see a movie and grow relationally together.
I want to see God at work much more in my life and the lives of others, because His kingdom is not one of talk, but power. I want to continually witness this power.
I want to be in touch with Him so deeply that I'm able to lead and teach junior highers from that overflow--the overflow of God's Holy Spirit.
